STATEMENT FROM GOVERNOR HALEY BARBOUR
The State of Mississippi mourns the loss
of State Senator Billy Harvey. In honor of his life and service to our
State, I am directing the Department of Finance & Administration to
lower the State and National Flags at the New State Capitol Building to
half mast beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2006 to Monday,
March 6, 2006.
